It’s interesting about how much important is the idea about be organize, how much time we lost when we doesn’t plan our projects in life about everything and how much we can save if we are prepared.

Every day we are moving fast, every project has a sense of urgency, everything is priority and everyone of those must be done, in any project you must success, find the best solution for the problems and get the best results.

The best way to archive those goals is with a creative concept, everything in life are steps by steps and a creative concept procedure isn’t the exception, first we need to think carefully about what we want to archive, get or finish, understand the needs to know what to do, the more specific is the more effective the solution will be.

If you have partners in any kind of project every one of the members must know about the information necessary to work, and of course, approve it.

A team must first understand and find many things before working, any kind of inflexible elements or things, for example, time, time is money and not everyone have it, a team must know how much time they have to archive the project in order to think the solution that can be created in that time

After that, requirements, which things are necessary to archive the project, where to find them, etc, maybe you need to spend a little time, but remember, this is because is better to spend time organizing things than wasting it correction the mistakes of something .

After that, a team must understand one goal... why are we doing this? What we want to archive? Any project must have a goal to answer that in order to continue thinking about possible solution with the time and money.

In the case of a brand, could be important about thinking about post-sales, after thinking about before and while a sale, it’s interesting to see how the things are going to be after that in order to make the customer get an excellent experience that makes with wants to repeat it again.

It’s important to see the result of every project to check which things can be improve or get better in order to get excellent results about something.

Human moves + Computer process = true interaction

Is interesting to see how the things are going right now, in the technology we can see that the companies are trying to find a new way to explode all their hardware & software to make things better, faster and more impressive to people.

Before, was impressive to see a mouse or a USB keyboard, good, functional and easy to use, BUT, Right now, in everything, like music, lamps, telephone, videogames, computer accessories, etc are using inalambric technology, NO CABLES, why? It’s simple, cables are in some way, frustrating to people, nobody like to hide cables on the back of the roof, or have the need to pick them up every time, so, we use inalambric technology in life right now.

The other day, I saw on wired a cool technology that helps you to use the computer only with two gloves, everything was made with the hands of the user making the things a little more interesting that inalambric stuff, think about it, maybe someday we would be able to use a computer like tony stark of iron man moving everything with the hands on the air xD.

It’s curious, that when I was reading that article, I remember the videogames that exist right now, wii uses inalambric controls that are used with the movement of the user, and it’s funny to see that PS3 is making a project called, PlayStationMove that do the same thing that el wii, interaction with people with the videogames in different way, and finally, XBOX360, using a project called natal project that in theory, use a full body interactive reaction, In my opinion, I am not sure if the last really could be possible right now, but I am sure about something, the things are changing faster, and I am very excited to see all the things that I could be able to do with it.

Hello again! The other day I saw something interesting on the internet that I Decided talk about it on the blog, the topic is about how the technology is changing little by little and improving in different ways.

It’s interesting to see that some people are working about how to use the things that in one way or another we have to make the things easier than expected, Jeff Han is a guy who made an interactive software using the technology of touchcreen, making different kinds of applications that could be used in different areas, from drawing to exploring around the world like a map using only our fingers to make the magic happens.

It’s pretty cool to see a digital keyboard, not only because it looks well, it help to see a future that we no longer will use keyboards or mousses while we use computers, everything would be different and not difficult, in my own opinion Didn’t saw that Jeff Han had problems using the software, it was like something nature to our hands, something logical and funny.

It’s a perfect example to show us how the things can change in companies, hospitals, museums, schools tomorrow and the next week isn’t it?

Ipad = magazine?

One of the things that I found interesting in the Ipad is the way that can be used with a magazine, there is a good point in the use of the Ipad because can help very well to the world, thousands of paper are used to print every one magazine in the world, maybe in the future the newspaper and all the magazines could be here anymore thanks for this kind of technology, that could be pretty cool because is a perfect way to protect our world using less, a lot less paper than these days.

For example, the magazines in the Ipad can show pictures in High resolution; change the size of the type to make the reading easier, and show different kind of details that in printed form would be so interactive.

In the Ipad depends of the way that you are using it, in horizontal is shown content and in vertical other ones, an interesting way to show information isn’t it? Never mind, there is a problem there, sometimes some details are erased depending of the way that you are watching the magazine.

In my opinion, the only thing that I liked about this is the dream to see a world using less... much less paper or other things in our world with the help of this kind of technology.

Flash & HTML true objetive

Technology is future, from the beginning companies exist to improve and make the things better, prettier, faster and cheaper, the internet is something that changed the world forever and ever, nobody know what would happened if it wouldn’t be created.

There are several things that make the internet something interesting and a good way to improve us, content rich. Interactivity, applications, and that could be something independent.

In the beginning, everything was made by flash, something created for animations, time passed and it evolves to create something bigger, a creator of multimedia that contained text, sound, music, video, images and everything! Creating good web pages with a lot of interactivity making the new web experience.

Time after that, appears HTML, that emerge in competition with flash to make the same things, build applications and web pages with interaction, in the same time appears the flash player that made a lot of companies arise like the famous YouTube that show millions of videos in flash player, something new was created.

Every company try to develop things that are original that makes something important in the life, every one of them try to accomplish something, a mission, like apple with applications, Google with research, adobe with developers platforms or windows in the business. Obviously making the things to improve.

Today companies and web pages can be created using both platforms, HTML & Flash to make something new, interesting and better that if they were created by only one, I think that is the thing that are required right now.

In the end, the only thing that matters are the experience that the people live when they visit a page, in my opinion, HTML & Flash wouldn’t be able to kill each other, they really were created to work together, maybe HTML are best in some things, or FLASH in other ones, but in the end, making use of both are the best answer.

Developing an avatar creator in flash!!

A FUNNY FINAL PROJECT
Well, I decided to work in teams for the final project of multimedia, we need to make a interactive project using flash and Action Script, so we decided to make something fun.

The project consist to make an application that can create avatars to be used in msn, MySpace, facebook or any kind of forums, leave me explain it a little better.
The program will have the mission to create a cartoon avatar of people, in these days people love to have fun and thinking about it lets think a little... XBOX 360, wii and PS3 have his own character creator and every person have fun with it, so we decided to create our own.

The people who use the program will select a type of hair, face, ears, nose, eyes, and other cool stuff like changing colors of the things, the clothes, or the background, in the end, the person will create a cool way to represent them in a cartoon, and the program will give in the end a JPG image with the resolution to be used in any kind of social network.

The programs is only on his thinking developing, trying to see what things we could do to make it better and funnier, wish us luck!!

P.D when the program is finished I will upload it here to make it do his true meaning!!

And like a good developer I will use my own avatar here and in everyplace!!

Upwake

A new way of animation has born in these days, upwake is a show created based in 3d animation, sound effects and performance, a lot of different kinds of works are involve in one performance that makes a really good entertainment.

Technology is a tool that we can use in order to create cool stuff, there is not a limit or something that can deny it, the only problem is creativity or the imagination of the one that use it, the key in this show is both of them, why? Without technology we can’t make something like that easily, and without creativity we can make a good use of technology, upwake is a show that use both of them in order to explore another dimension, interaction between real and animation, sounds and performance, is a new way to create interactivity and creative stuff, if this is going to happen right now, how do you think will be in a couple of years?

Like an animation, everything starts from a group of ideas, drawings, and a lot of thinking, sketch etc, think about space, in other worlds, how to use space to create a new world, a new dimension and a new adventure.

La dama y la muerte

This one, in my opinion, is one of the funniest short films that we saw in the multimedia class the other day

la dama y la muerte tell us a story about a old woman who lives alone in the middle of nothing who miss her defunct husband, and one night died, and the death comes to take her soul to the other side of the door to take her with her husband, BUT, a doctor saved her life, and then started a contest between the death and the doctor to see who wins, the death taking the life or the doctor saving her.

Obviously is frustrating to die and be alive again and again, in the end the death was furious and leave the old woman lives, she really doesn’t wanted to, so she took an electronic equipment very angry with the doctors, and throws herself to a place with water with that equipment to die

In another part the death very angry receives a call to take a life, the old woman again, the death was very furious to see that he needed to travel all the way again to took her AGAIN!!

It’s very funny and it was created in Maya animation, the story is very simple, creative and funny, in my opinion inspires a lot to create funny and interesting animations in different ways!

Haven’t you seen it? SEE IT RIGHT NOW AND LAUGH!!

Why Visual Literacy is so important..

Visual literacy is something very important for different kinds of disciplines like Graphic design, because it helps us to know in a very accurate way about how to express something better without confusion.

The visual literacy is an ability to know how to interpret and make a meaning from information and presented in image form, in other words, how to express or communicate an idea with pictures like movies, animations, comics, or photographs in a better way.

This is very important in this days because is the way that we try to tell a story, when we make a project like a movie, an animation or a comic we are trying to tell a story or something, in other words, make other people to understand our idea and meaning of our work.

If weren’t for the visual literacy you wouldn’t realize when a person is happy or angry in a movie, it’s simple, see around you right now, see a photograph, a poster or something… you get a message in your mind about it? How the people or the environment feels? Ok, if you did and you got it, congratulations, you used visual literacy to understand and feel that idea.

Right now, for example, TV commercials, need to know how to communicate things in 30 seconds, you must make other to get the right idea that you want to tell, or in other words, tell a story.

To understand about how to use visual literacy starts with facial expressions, environment, moves, and obviously, from where are you watching the action, how to understand and how to make it is something that is learn with experience and practice.

Imagine a movie where you understand something different than the real main meaning, or worse, you couldn’t understand it, how it feel? Yeah.. That is the importance of visual literacy..

how do you know what they are telling you?

Digital magazine = interactivity + happy nature

What do you think about digital magazines? Like them or not? I really don’t know, but in my own opinion is something great and awesome, why do you ask? Its simple, you cant really know how much interactivity someone could get with a digital product, It means another kind of experience, another world, another new thing, its simple something new if we think about it.

You could see a better resolution about everything, pictures, articles, adds, in a full screen quality, zooming everything to see every detail, and more interesting, make use with animations or movements in pages!! Something that you will never see in a printed magazine.

By the way, its not everything technology, the nature and our world would be better if other magazines would like to do it, less contamination with inks and hard procedures, less trees cut to make paper, less energy used to print them, is a good way to see it, a better world for ours.

In my own opinion this is the beginning of something bigger, something that we will be talking about it.

My own opinion about... Ipad

Hello again!!! Welcome to my blog!!

Now I want to talk about something that is making a lot of noise between the people in these days… technology, creativity & beauty for someone’s are the meanings about this new device.

The famous Ipad made obviously by apple

Apple is a company of mobile devices, maybe the best one in the world (thanks to Ipod, Iphone & Imac) and they started to think about something “new” (because for me it isn’t really) and created this curious device called Ipad...that is like a notebook (like a real one, not a laptop) maybe something between Ipod and Imac that could help different kind of problems and nececities.

First, I want to be honest, for me, the Ipad it’s not impressive like a lot of people think, for what? Its simple... its not something new, ok, it looks cool but for me is the same to buy a Iphone, you can play games, use it like an agenda, read e-books, use the internet in everyplace thanks to 3G, read the news every day etc etc a lot of good and cool stuff of apple.. BUT... it’s not something really new.. They only “discover” another way to use their things in a different view.. Ok it’s a table, it looks fun but.. To be honest.. I wouldn’t pay 500dlls for that thing.. ( It’s the cheaper… yeah.. the cheaper..Do you believe that).

The cost about this kind of stuff is not something cheap.. You need to pay for the product, the internet, all kind of applications that you want, accessories to use it better.. A LOT OF MONEY for me that you can use in things more useful,, but well.. I am not an apple fan anyway..

Many of those things that Ipad has existed a long time ago in palms, different kind of cell phones, or videogames portable consoles…

The only thing that I think its useful in the Ipad is to the benefits that could do in a company (note.- Company, not personal use)

For example, the secretary could use it to send message from a place to other without using paper.. Better than that, to help everyone stay in contact with the use of it.

In schools could be used to connect it to show presentations without using a pc or to communicate teachers with the directions very quickly

In a hospital could be VERY useful to have one of them for the patients that need to be days in there, a very good way because someone that is very hurt can’t use a laptop.. So.. Something like an Ipad could be useful because is lighter than any kind of pc, it can be used to communicate with the doctors, family and friends, have fun or something.

Another way to use it with the pictures application, for the graphic designers specially, is to show a digital portfolio, a better and pretty way to show our skills in all kind of projects, easy to transport it, charge it and show it.

In my conclusion, the Ipad is not something new, it’s very expensive, and only could be helpful is some specific things like I mentioned.
